Professional experience and qualifications
Claire Cave worked as a veterinary nurse in private practice in Warwickshire for 8 years before moving to Bristol University as the Hills Veterinary Nurse in Small Animal Intensive Care in 1998.

In 2000 she moved to Glasgow University where she ran the small animal intensive care unit at the veterinary school. In 2003 she returned to the southwest with Tom.

She has lectured in veterinary nursing at Bicton Agricultural College, Devon and is currently contributing to veterinary nursing texts. Tom and Claire’s son Will was born in 2003 and was followed in 2006 by their daughter Florence. Claire is the primary point of contact for referring vets and clients.
